Our Staff
Bob Benson, the owner of Pac-Rac Systems, has been a small-business owner
for over 45years. Bob got his start by owning his own garage and service station, but soon graduated to a larger type
of machine - forklift trucks. This led to the formation of his company RFB Industrial Truck Ltd,
where he soon discovered his customers had a need for parts and service. So Recycled Lift Parts
was born, a concept that was ahead of its time. With Recycled Lift Parts in motion,
Bob learned of his customers' unique material handling and storage needs. Thus, Pac-Rac Systems
was born.
Bob is joined in the business by his son, Rob, who is now the General Manager.His duties include,sales,
purchasing,customer satisfaction and in general, taking a load off the old man.
Along with Bob and Rob, there is a full support staff of experienced, courteous people at Pac-Rac
Systems to help you with all of your racking and storage needs.
Mark is the newest member to the team but brings a solid background of design and rack understanding
to the company. With over 30 years of experience in warehousing and warehouse design he is sure to help with making sure you
have the best in support for your facility.
